Terms and Conditions

 

All of our bouquets are wrapped and will need to be transferred into water as soon as possible after delivery. Please ensure that you have a vase prepared and leave it outside the front door (preferably in a shady spot in the event you are not at home). 

In order to be Covid compliant, we will set the bouquet into your prepared vase at the front door and ring the bell/knock. We will not wait for someone to answer the door. 

Unfortunately, there are no rain checks on subscription deliveries. In order to keep our subscription costs low, we need to group our deliveries into days/areas. If you are going to be away on a scheduled subscription delivery date, please arrange to have a friend or neighbour pick up your bouquet so that it can still be enjoyed.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are not able to offer refunds on subscriptions. However, should there be a problem with one of your bouquets, please take a photo of it and email it to us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will do our best to ensure you can enjoy your bouquet to its full potential.
